The entire body is made of integrated neurological systems. A weakness in one system can bring about a host of challenging symptoms and behaviors.

Instead of trying to treat symptoms and behaviors, First Class searches for the key to unlock the root neurological cause of the problems.

First an evaluation is made for an individual through a process of interviewing, observational assessment and neurodevelopmental activities. Next, the individual's integrated functions, processing and coping mechanisms are analyzed.

Once the body's systems have been evaluated and the weaknesses identified, an individualized program is tailored to address areas of weakness.

The program provides the client and family a clear understanding of neurodevelopmental and social issues, and the tools to help resolve them.

All treatment incorporates activities based on advanced research and techniques from many proven methods.

One method used is the HANDLE® program. It has been designed to gently stimulate and strengthen neurological functioning without causing the body's systems to become stressed or to shut down. This consistent, gentle approach provides the greatest potential for lifelong change and enhanced learning.
